First and foremost, Happy International Women’s Day! Here’s to all the strong women– may we know them, may we be them, and may we raise them! Secondly, every time I see Barbara Gerwit’s new seasonal collections, my inner #girlboss just gets happy. While we await (im)patiently on the precipice of spring break, most of us preppy females are on the hunt for high-end resort wear with a reasonable price tag– to offset the cost of upcoming spring break indulgences, of course, and there’s literally no better solution than Barbara Gerwit’s new spring collection. It consists primarily of hand block printed cotton tunics, nylon spandex printed dresses (like this one), and engineered printed cotton knit dresses, pants, and tops. My sleeveless and collared nylon spandex dress is one of their newest designs, and the pink Chicklet Mosaic print is a fabulous graphic staple in any woman’s spring or summer wardrobe. Since it’s still a bit cool, even down in Florida, I paired my collared dress with a classic J. Crew cardigan and white wedges. I always get a ton of questions about my wicker pineapple clutch, and I’m super bummed that it is (and has been) out of stock since last summer, so I’ve linked a similar Michael Kors clutch here. Scroll to the bottom of this post for full outfit details!
Nylon Spandex Dress: Barbara Gerwit, $145 | Cardigan: J. Crew, $34.50 (on sale; price reflects discount) | Wedges: Charles David (Similar), $89.95 | Clutch: Talbots (Similar), $175 (use code PARIS to take 20% off)| Earrings: Kendra Scott, $60 | Bracelets: J. How beautiful, bright and feminine is this dress. I love it. It looks great with the green cardigan. I am in love with your clutch and wedges though – I want them!
I have stopped by before. I am Ada and I enjoy your girly, colorful style. I run a linkup on Thursdays and I am inviting you to link up this pretty outfit and any other recent outfits. The linkup is still open (below).
