Lilac made a huge comeback in 2018, and I’m not sure why, but my color crush is much stronger this year than it ever was last year. I’m not kidding, y’all– from romantic dresses to gardening tools, I can’t get enough. I saw this lilac lace cami dress on Amazon, and it was an immediate “Add to Cart” moment. My original thought was that I could wear this to spring weddings, and don’t get me wrong– I fully intend to do so, but it’s so much more versatile than cocktail wear. In addition to being an absolute gem of a spring wedding guest dress, you can pop on a cardigan and wear it to church or pair it with flats for tea or brunch.
As far as sizing goes, I ordered an XS, and it’s just a tad snug in the chest. I read in the reviews that the small looks a little too oversized, even for women with B or C cups, so I don’t mind that mine is more fitted. Head down to the bottom of this post for full outfit details!
How darling are these lilac tassel drop earrings? I found them at Target, and as cute as they are, I had the hardest time choosing the right pair. They’ve got so many adorable lilac earrings, y’all! I’m pretty sure I’m also gonna pick up these and these on my next trip.
Last but not least, this basket crossbody bag was another casualty in my latest Target Style haul. I love that it’s got double top handles and a crossbody strap, so you can carry it whichever way best suits your outfit. I also love its drawstring closure– it makes it super easy to grab your belongings quickly.

Oh, and one last thing– sorry I’ve been MIA for the past few days, y’all! I came down with a weird stomach bug, and it’s lingered more than I’d like. I’m on the mend, though, and you can expect a normal posting schedule next week! In the meantime, have a wonderful weekend!
