Fluffy Protein Waffles

These fluffy, protein-packed waffles are healthy, delicious, and perfect for meal prepping. If you don’t have a waffle iron, make them into pancakes instead!




  1. Blend oats until they’re ground into a powder-like consistency. Remove from blender and set aside.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, honey, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until creamy. Add the oats back in and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  3. Ladle batter into preheated waffle iron and cook the waffles until golden and crisp, anywhere from 4- 5 minutes depending on the iron. Repeat until entire batch of batter is used.
  4. Top with real maple syrup, berries, and/or bananas, and enjoy!
