Nobody wants summer to be over, but all good things must come to an end, right? Make the summer-to-fall transition by updating your beauty routine with an arsenal of new end-of-summer beauty products. Babbleboxx has pretty much all seasons, including their respective beginnings, middles, and ends, covered with an eclectic collection of monthly boxes, and this delivery marked my second of all time (you can read a recap of my very first box here). Babbleboxx was created by Single Edition Media to revolutionize influencer sampling, and although it isn’t a subscription service (and it’s not available to the general public), it gets exclusively delivered to a select number of social media influencers across the world.

Keep reading to see which new end-of-summer beauty products I received in this box, plus outfit details!

Butter™ London Lost In Leisure Lacquer Set

The first item in my Beat the Heat Babbleboxx was a limited edition Butter™ London Lost In Leisure Lacquer Set, which is just as intoxicating as it sounds. Its colors were tactfully curated to induce wanderlust for lush landscapes and sun-drenched vistas with white-sand beaches and fruity cocktails– and congrats, mission accomplished. I’ve been a raving butter LONDON fan ever since I discovered that their lacquer actually provides one stroke coverage, and it gives your nails the prettiest no-chip shine.

I arrived in Maine last night (explanation, photos, and trip recaps coming soon), so I’ve been rocking SKIVE for the time being. I mean, cobalt is a nautical, New England-approved color, right? LaCroix Cúrate

Moving right along– dehydration isn’t pretty in any way, shape, or form, especially in the scorching state of Florida. Since I, like many Americans, dislike the taste of tap water yet have a propensity for passing out without sufficient hydration, I’ve developed a borderline compulsive obsession with sparkling water. Ever since I started having eating disorder-related health issues a few years ago, it’s been one of the only natural remedies for stomach upset. With no sodium, sweeteners, caffeine, or calories, LaCroix and LaCroix Cúrate are ideal alternatives to sugary colas and diet soda whenever you need to satiate a bubbly craving.

In case you haven’t seen them yet, LaCroix Cúrate flavors are inspired by French and Spanish cultures, and each of the six flavors has a slightly bolder flavor than regular LaCroix. If you’re looking for any flavor recommendations, my personal favorite is LaCroix Cúrate Pomme Bayá, which is a magical combination of apple and berry goodness.

Nad’s Exfoliating Body Wax Strips

I’m a huge proponent of long pants and going “natural” during the colder months of winter, but August is just too soon, especially when end-of-summer beauty products like Nad’s exist. Nad’s is an Australian-based leader in home hair removal, and they just introduced their new Exfoliating Body Wax Strips a few weeks ago. As the first official exfoliating waxing strip with an exfoliator on the outside and wax on the inside, Nad’s Exfoliating Body Wax Strips utilize a two-step method to remove unwanted hair and provide a unique approach to traditional at-home wax strips.

As a newb to self-waxing, I can confirm that this is a great introductory product for anyone who’s grown accustomed to professional waxes or routine shaving. I tested out Nad’s before leaving for a blog conference in Charleston, and days later, I’m still enjoying the glow and smoothness. Highly recommend this stuff!

Tempting by Sofia Vergara

There are two things you should know about me before diving into any product specifics– 1. I love Modern Family and 2. I just ran out of my go-to daytime perfume a few days ago. When I pulled out a 3.4oz bottle of Tempting by Sofia Vergara from the Babbleboxx box, I literally screamed with elation. If Gloria Pritchett puts her name on a scent, I’m going to need it in my possession immediately. With hints of exotic fruits, bold floral accents, and vibrant wood notes, it’s an effortlessly feminine scent that’ll make you feel fabulous without giving everyone else in the room a headache. You can find a 1oz bottle of the fragrance at Perfumania online and in stores now, but a 3.4oz bottle will hit major retailers nationwide in September.

Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water

Last, but certainly not least, I discovered Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme in my last Summer BabbleBoxx, and I’ve been such a fan ever since. This new “Beat the Heat” BabbleBoxx delivered Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water, and I love the way the lightweight and oil-free formula makes my skin look radiant and feel moisturized even in the transitional summer-to-fall period. As an Italian with oily combination skin, this water gel moisturizer is perfect for even the most sensitive skin. Even if you’re dealing with excessive dryness, just a touch of gel, spread with gentle outward movements from the middle of your face, will instantly make you feel pretty and hydrated.
