I’ve been on a huge Draper James loungewear kick lately, which is unfortunate because Reese Witherspoon’s price point is pretty far above my norm. Still, I fell in love with this gingham sweater the moment I saw it, and I just had to grab it in at least one color. I mean, it comes in five or six, so I should be proud of my restraint, right?! Note: I also fell in love with this white magnolia sweater and short set, but I can’t seem to catch it in stock. I settled for a set of magnolia print face masks instead. Anyway, I decided to pair this fun blue gingham sweater with my new matte pink Hunter boots, and the color combo makes me so happy. I have to be honest– when I first felt this blue gingham pullover, I was a little disappointed. It’s not very soft to the touch. That being said, I’ve worn it probably a dozen times now, and it’s never once gotten itchy or too warm. It also washes well and looks super cute by itself and with an oxford underneath!

Another thing I want to point out is that these pink Hunter boots have an adjustable back, which is awesome if you have more muscular calves. I find that they’re also all-around easier to slip on and off, too.
