I officially made the 22-hour hike to Maine about a week ago, and the plethora of boats and scenic ocean views are definitely giving me some major nautical fever. Even though these shots were taken in Charleston (whoops), nothing screams New England more than a nautical t-shirt dress from Lilly Pulitzer. This particular nautical stripe t-shirt dress, which is called the Marlowe, also comes in a variety of other patterns, as well as in navy stripes. In terms of coziness, it may rank as one of the comfiest dresses I’ve ever owned. It’s made of 100% Pima Cotton and has 3/4 length sleeves with a boatneck neckline, and if you’re anything like me, you’re going to want one in every color. Keep scrolling down to the bottom of this post for full outfit details! Oh, and best news of the half year— the Lilly Pulitzer SemiAnnual Sale starts tomorrow morning and will last all through Tuesday (8/22-8/23)! Set your alarm(s) and be ready to face another round of internet crashing and never-ending queue lines.
Oh, and then there’s this white pebbled-leather satchel with a detachable crossbody strap and a chic bamboo handle. It’s literally the perfect vacation bag. The boxy silhouette beautifully offsets the round, jungle-inspired grip, and you can purchase it in either white, which is temporarily sold out (sorry!), or black, which is in stock online and on major sale.

Enjoy that Lilly Pulitzer SemiAnnual Sale, y’all! I’ll post a bazillion reminders tomorrow and Tuesday, too. I’m wishfully hoping that I can get on and offline without doing significant damage to my checking account. I mean, when an epic sale rolls around just twice a year, it’s only right that I pledge my support financially, right?! I think so. Hope y’all had an incredible weekend!
