Park Avenue Fashion Week 2015 is finally here! Presented by the fabulously eccentric Harriett Lake, whom I had the pleasure of working with as Miss Pinellas County for the 2012 Harriett’s Famous Furs Fashion Show, the 9th Annual PAFW is a signature week-long event for fashion lovers throughout greater Central Florida. We jump started the fashion festivities with a first-ever Inaugural Kickoff Brunch at The Alfond Inn this morning, and I have no doubts this will be the best year yet. Full event and outfit details, plus a special last chance discount code, featured below!

I’m being completely genuine when I say that nobody, and I mean nobody, wants to miss the big PAFW Runway Show on Saturday, October 17th in Central Park’s West Meadow. The park is completely transformed with a 20,000-square-foot, air-conditioned tent, full runway, and fancy lounge area for VIP guests, and this year’s participating boutiques include Scout and Molly’s, The Collection Bridal, Eileen Fisher, Forema Boutique, Red Carpet Couture, John Craig Clothiers, Current, LaBella Intimates & Boutique, Tuni, and Glorious Beautiful Hair Supply & Boutique. The fabulous coordinators of PAFW15 are also implementing a new “Who Are You Wearing?” interactive red carpet that encourages attendees to purchase their outfits from Winter Park Boutiques; I, for example, will be wearing a drop-dead gorgeous pink cut-out cocktail dress from Forema Boutique.

Last, but certainly not least, all runway show attendees will get to see the formal Check Presentation, where Michelle Marks, the coordinator of Park Avenue Fashion Week, will present Pink Out!, the event’s charity partner, with a celebratory check on the runway. You can expect massive amounts of confetti, so have your cameras ready in advance.
