There’s just something about the color red that makes me want to take over the world. As the official color of passion, energy, and power, a confident girl in a red dress makes a statement before even opening her mouth. Since classic crimson garments never go out of style, I’ve been on the style hunt for additions to the red section of my color-coded closet, especially now that February is right around the corner. This Ralph Lauren red crewneck dress is just as perfect for the office as it is for a romantic dinner date on Valentine’s Day. The sleek design, complete with slimming draped pleats at the waist, are incredibly flattering on any body type.
The fabric is super comfy, matte jersey, too. In a nutshell, this dress basically feels like you’re wearing pajamas and looks like you belong on Capital Hill. Win-win.
