Especially if you’re entertaining guests who don’t drink, having some refreshing summer mocktail ideas up your sleeve is never a bad idea. My go-to is this effervescent Cucumber Lime Lavender Spritzer. I found it in the April edition of Cooking Light, and I’ve yet to find a mocktail I enjoy more. Start by combining the water and sugar in a small saucepan. If you’re looking for a lower carb alternative to white sugar, I love Swerve. It’s natural, and it tastes great! Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from heat and toss in mint leaves and edible lavender. Allow them to steep for 15 minutes. Filter through a strainer and allow to cool.

Next, combine the chopped peeled cucumber and lime juice in a food processor. Process until smooth.
