I live in Central Florida, and since our four-day period of spring quickly transitions into full-fledged summer, I’ve got to feel confident in a bathing suit from approximately February through November. Since I’m a swimmer who loves to work out outside, feeling comfortable and confident that all potential of horrific feminine “mishaps” will be mitigated, especially during my time of the month, is essential. The fact is that periods should never inhibit you from engaging in your routine active lifestyle, but I’ll admit, relying the wrong products may change your mind a time or two.
On this particularly glorious beach day, my bff S, who has returned temporarily from Washington DC, and I spent the entire morning and afternoon indulging in all the wonders New Smyrna Beach has to offer. I love to exercise, it actually makes me feel great. When I am on the beach I love to go for a run on the shore, awesome for my thighs!
