Seriously, y’all.. I’m turning 25. I still feel like I’m 12 years old. I remember having sleepovers as a preteen thinking that I’d be married, professionally established, and mothering 3 kids (2 boys, 1 girl) at 25. 0 for 3– killin’ it! I wouldn’t change a thing for the world, though, because I know I’ve got a lot of living to do. From travel to education, I want more out of my 20s.

Now, for those of you who have been following me since the beginning, you know that this year has been far from stellar. I ended up in the hospital in late July, and have been recovering slowly but surely ever since. I’ll spare the details, but I feel like I have almost an entire year of my life to make up for. Ergo, I’ve created a birthday bucket list of 25 things I’m determined to do before I turn 26. Feel free to supplement!

In case you haven’t noticed, I see a lot of traveling in my near future. As for tonight? I’m not entirely sure what’s going down, but I know all my closest friends will be present. Can’t wait! Pictures to come…both from my soon-to-come birthday bucket list and this evening’s shenanigans. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks, girl! And I WILL take you up on that! I'm not sure when, but I want to go in the next few months. It kills me that I've still never been… ugh!

Have a fabulous rest of the weekend!

I forgot, let's start practicing speaking French this coming Monday. I will encourage you if you encourage me. I have some tapes I will start listening to this week-end.

And yes, let's! I have a (nerd alert) video game that teaches french in segmented lessons… hopefully that'll be a good enough jumping off point! Hope your 4th was FAB!
