I’m jumping on board the Best Nine train– but instead of sharing my top nine Instagram photos, I’m sharing my top nine blog posts for 2015. This year’s list is particularly interesting because my most popular post by a mile was influenced by the travesty known as my dating life– so much so that I had to remove it from recurring as a viewer suggestion on my homepage. People enjoy misery apparently (as long as it’s entertaining), and I’m okay with exploiting mine for the greater good. As for the other eight posts, I’m actually surprised a few of these made the list, but hey, Google Analytics don’t play. Here they are:
Don’t judge me.
For the longest time, I was so bummed that the most popular dress I’ve worn was permanently out of stock at The Mint Julep Boutique. SheIn came to my rescue, though, and this gorgeous green double cross dress is now available for sale on their website.
Since I’m a huge book nerd, this article was one of my favorites of all time to write– so I created a list of the 12 books all girlbosses need to read in 2016, too.
Why spend the time painting makeup on your face when you can draw a heart on your nose, pop on some mouse ears, and still have the world’s cutest costume?
Without a doubt, this is the most important blog post I’ve ever written, and I’m so honored to have collaborated with Gigi New York and Rent the Runway on this very special project for eating disorder awareness. Keep an eye out for exciting updates on my non-profit organization in 2016.
I’ve never fallen in love with a seasonal line faster than I fell in love with Elliott Lucca’s Autumn Botanica Collection.
This was one of my first ever outfit posts, hence the ridiculous facial airbrushing (blogging tip: never be afraid to tell your photographer to lay off the photoshop), and it’s when my love affair with Hunter rain boots began.
My wellness retreat to Hawaii, which was organized exclusively by the amazing team at Travelocity, takes the cake as the best vacation I’ve ever taken– and yes, I’ve been to Europe. Two weeks wasn’t nearly enough time, so fingers crossed I’ll be back in the new year.
What a year it’s been. I’m ready for you, 2016!
