It’s mid-October, so I was definitely due for an annual visit to the Club Lake Plantation Fall Festival in Apopka, FL. Luckily, I was able to to introduce Ashley Brooke, fellow pumpkin lover, to the festival for the first time, and despite the 90+degree weather, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day on the farm.
It was a little difficult, by the way, to pry adoring parents away from their cute kids and politely force them to give us impromptu photoshoots on cameras they stared at like aliens. During that whole shebang, we got some great shots of the floor, random selfies, and a handful of blurry “Figure It Out!” type puzzles. Regardless, Ash and I made some friends, picked our two perfect pumpkins, and ate some honest-to-goodness festival food– hellooo, banana pudding.

There is no better taste in this world than Club Lake Plantations’s banana pudding. I’m telling y’all.
Technically, none of this was lunch, since we’d eaten a healthy entre at Steak ‘N Shake an hour prior; but hey! It’s holiday season! Everybody’s allowed to have 2-3 these days, obviously. Well, we’re getting closer to Halloween.
Hope everybody’s got some hauntingly fun plans!
Thanks for such a fun day! We'll have to do it again next year 🙂
Yes, and we have to actually decorate our pumpkins next year!
Looks like you ladies had a wonderful time! Love how the pictures turned out!
It was such a blast. Hope you had a fabulous weekend, lady!
Stoppin by from the blog hop, and I love this! Banana pudding and pumpkins is perfect.
Love your blog!

Oh, you have no idea… SO delicious. I've been craving the banana pudding ever since. Hope you had a great weekend!

Looks like fun! I love the pumpkin patch!
It was such a blast. Hope you had a great weekend, too!
This looks so much fun!! I've been dying to go to a pumpkin patch. All the American blogs are making me really jealous lol. You don't get pumpkin patches in Scotland nor do we celebrate fall/halloween in quite the same style as you do across the pond … Very upsetting for me 🙁 lol.

I didn't know that! That's too bad 🙁 at least y'all get four seasons, though! Here in Florida is either hot/humid or dry/cold. No in between!
This looks so fun!! It doesn't look like fall in California so I really want to go to a pumpkin patch!

I love autumnal afternoons like this! I need to find an orchard soon and frolic in a pumpkin patch and buy some cider donuts and go on a hayride.
Stopping by from the Blog Hop 🙂

Now all I can think about are cider donuts! Ah, I love fall. So glad you stopped by, Bailey 🙂

Your pumpkins are so pretty and perfect looking! Don't worry about the heat- we are in Michigan and on the day we went to pick ours, it was nearly 90 degrees. (Which is super strange for here, but it's true!)
Well I'm glad to know we're not the only state going through what seems like a heat wave! Hope you have a fabulous week, Mandi!

We had so much fun, it's kind of ridiculous. Hope you're having a fabulous week! Almost to hump day.
You both look cute! I am sorry but I just can not get into banana pudding. I love Florida so I'd be happy to have navigational help from a palm tree!
It's funny, cause I hated it up until about a year ago. Now, I can't get enough. And seriously, the Florida palm trees have their advantages 🙂
This looks like so much fun! I loved your outfit!

Great photos with those pumpkins and that bana pudding looks so yummy! Too bad they don´t celebrate Halloween like this in Spain especially the pumpkin hunting. 😉
These are some good looking photos you took. It looks like you had a lot of fun at the pumpkin patch. I enjoy our trips to them every year. I can't wait to go on Tuesday to ours.
Looks like such a fun time and you both look adorable! Now following along 🙂
