Coffee is not just a drink anymore; it’s a way of a life! We all know that, for the majority of us, coffee is a major part of our day. It’s how we kick things off in the morning, relax with friends in the afternoon, and/or wind down at the end of our day— in other words, it’s how we survive. After multiple experiments confirmed that I’m virtually useless in the morning without it, I figured it was time to stop fighting the cravings and figure out a way to concoct the world’s most perfect iced coffee.
I picked up all the essentials for my amazing iced coffee recipe at ShopRite, and right now, if you buy two participating coffee products and one participating creamer, you’ll get a free box of Truvia Natural Sweetener 40-count through March 12th, while supplies last. Surprise! All you need for my special iced coffee is one Dunkin’ Donuts Original Blend K-Cup, International Delight French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, one packet of Truvia Natural Sweetener, and a cup of ice. The plastic pineapple taste-testing sippy cup is optional, although highly encouraged.
All you need to do is set your Keurig machine to make a the largest cup of coffee it can; mine comes with three size options, and I choose the one farthest to the right. Since you definitely don’t want to over-dilute its taste with a bunch of ice, make sure you only put in about 8fl ounces (ie. one cup) worth of ice and pour the hot coffee directly over it. Add a splash of International Delight French Vanilla Creamer– or whatever’s your favorite from the very wide variety of coffee cream flavors available, and top off with just one packet of Truvia sweetener. If you prefer for your iced coffee to be a bit more bitter, nix the Truvia sweetener altogether. Stir it all together, and get ready to enjoy the best iced coffee of your life!
The only thing better than the world’s best iced coffee is a pineapple filled with the world’s best iced coffee, so pour, serve, and enjoy with friends!
I promise you’ll be obsessed! Do you have another secret iced coffee recipe? What do you do differently? I’m all ears! Happy Monday!
