Usually when the words “I’ll cook” come out of my mouth, my friends and family run in the opposite direction. I didn’t get the domestic gene (thanks, mom), except when it comes to party planning and the art of being a good party guest. When the holidays roll around, I feel compelled to contribute more than monetarily; ergo, I’ve found the simplest yet most delicious hot artichoke dip recipe known to man. When I purchase ingredients from Walmart, this amazing dip costs less than $10 to make.
Here is all you need:
- 1 can artichoke hearts (drained + chopped)
- 1 cup Kraft Light or Regular Mayo
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 sliced green onion
- Fresh or dry parsley for garnish

That looks so good! I love that you use fresh tomatoes in it. I don't think I have a go to dish during the holidays. I guess I need to find one!
