I was browsing on Pinterest for products to add to my “Beauty Queen Essentials” board, and I came across All-Natural Dream Water, a 0-calorie sleep, relaxation aid, and dietary supplement, essentially any girl’s dream product for beauty sleep. I’d seen it advertised on Influenster, but I was never fortunate enough to try it. Well my dreams came true when a wonderful representative from Jones Works Incorporated asked me to test some samples (as a dedicated Influenster member) and provide a review of my experience.

I’ll admit I was skeptical, since most oral supplements taste like garbage. However, I took an entire bottle of All-Natural Dream Water in Snoozeberry flavor (blueberry pomegranate), and it literally tasted like Propel. Delicious. I guzzled it down in about 3 gulps, sat in bed reading a book, and was out cold within 30 minutes. Another notable effect was that even after about 5 minutes, I felt more relaxed. I also tried “Lullaby Lemon” with hints of tea the following night, and again received a truly amazing night of relaxation.

I have to be honest, though. I’ve been desperately searching for an all-natural alternative to better sleep. Prescription pills make me feel like a zombie, and while Melatonin supplements are effective for treating mild sleep conditions, it’s not enough to keep me asleep and make me feel well-rested. Dream Water did, and I feel amazing.

Ingredients

Dream Water has three entirely natural key ingredients, including Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid (GABA), which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that blocks the transmission of an impulse from one cell to another in the central nervous system. “GABA” helps you relax and reduces anxiety (best side-effect ever). The second key ingredient, Melantonin, helps overnight the body’s internal clock that regulates a natural cycle of sleping and waking hours. The last secret weapon is *5 HTP, which helps improve the quality of sleep, by stimulating the production of the aforementioned Melatonin.

Where to Purchase

You can purchase Dream Water and get specific product details on Amazon. “Dream Water” is moderately-priced, and due to my current sleep condition, I may have to become a regular customer, although it could get pricey. For the occasionally insomnia, this is definitely cost-effective, and I highly recommend. See prices below:

Dream Water 12-Count: $26.99
Dream Water- 24-Count: $49.99
