I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Millennial Central for Whish Body. I received a promotional item and Whish Body samples to facilitate my review.

I literally hate shaving my legs. That whole “I only don’t shave my legs on days that end with Y” eCard was probably written about me. My skin is so sensitive, and nothing ruins a gorgeous pair of toned legs more than irritation and inflamed razor burn, like I tend to develop. I have to be so careful about my choice of razors and even more careful that I’m using quality shaving cream and moisturizers, especially during these prime beach weather months. I was recently sent Whish Shave Cream in Lavender and Shave Savour Hair Inhibiting Gel, which are available at Nordstrom, and I fell in love. I’ll never share with regular shaving cream again.

Whish’s Shave Cream, which comes in a variety of fabulous scents like Lavender and Pomegranate, gets the same work done by leading drugstore brand products, but they leave all the nastiness, like parabens, sulfate, petrochemicals, DEA, and TEA, out of the equation. Their all natural and organic ingredients include organic shea butter, organic green tea, organic coconut oil, and organic jojoba seed oil, among several others, so you’re literally lathering your legs with the most rich and moisturizing oils and vitamins available. Plus, it smells ah-mazing, and who doesn’t love that?!

And then there’s this Shave Savour Hair Inhibiting Gel of theirs. I complain about being Italian all the time, and I’m only being half serious, since I’m told my skin and hair will allegedly be healthy and vivacious when I’m in my elderly stage– but Italian hair is thick, dark, and grows faster than the speed of a bullet. Their hair inhibiting gel ain’t no joke. It’s a quickly absorbent moisturizer that is exceptionally versatile to boot. Not only can it be used to soothe your skin after a day in the sun, or replenish it after shaving, waxing, or laser treatment, it also reduces hair strand density by 26% after 28 days and reduces overall hair growth by 35%. It’s not sticky or tacky, and the formula glides on like a smooth gel that quickly evaporates into your skin, leaving behind a silky dry finish.

Although I’m obsessed with the Lavender scent, Shave Savour also comes in Pomegranate, Lemongrass, Almond, Blueberry, and Coconut, and I’m venturing out to more fruity pastures (I’m thinkin’ Pomegranate) for my next purchase. After just a few weeks of usage, I can already tell a noticeable different in my skin and hair, and I’m able to go two or three days longer in between shaving, which is fabulous. Plus, it’s a great substitute for aloe, and since I’ve incurred close to third degree burns from my Memorial Day weekend in Hilton Head, I’m legitimately in love.

Whish Body products are literally a dream come true for me, as a Floridian, beach lover, beauty queen, and an all-around shaving adversary. You can purchase both the Whish Shave Cream and Shave Savour Hair Inhibiting Gel from Nordstrom, in addition to a collection of other Whish products I’m dying to try, like their body butters and sugar scrubs. Like I said before, for Floridians, beach lovers, and beauty queens everywhere, these are amazing, easy, and inexpensive products to incorporate into your beach bunny beauty routine!

I got the shave cream in my last Birchbox! Glad to hear they have other scents. I did not care for the smell of the one I got.
