I’ve been slowly making the transition to a cruelty-free beauty routine, and Whole Foods has been an absolute goldmine for finding new products. During one of my latest beauty hauls, I came across a brand called The Right to Shower, and the fragrance names (dignity, joy, hope, and strength) piqued my interest. I did a little research and couldn’t wait to share them with you guys. Not only are their head-to-toe cleansers fair, wholesome, and good for all, 100% of proceeds in 2019 are being donated to mobile shower organizations across the country to help provide individual, safe, clean, and fully-quipped bathrooms to those who need them most.

I don’t know about y’all, but their mission tugs on my heartstrings quite a bit. For most of us (myself especially), the shower is a place to relax and recharge. When I’m feeling my absolute worst, I hop in the shower, and it’s like my slate is wiped clean. I can’t imagine how not having access to a shower must affect someone’s confidence, and I love what The Right to Shower is doing to help end homelessness in our communities. I should probably also mention that their products smell amazing, too. Here are the 4 fragrances you can find at Whole Foods and on Amazon–

1. Dignity

Dignity is an ultra refreshing blend of charcoal and cotton blossom, and I love it. It just smells clean– like fresh linens, and it’s probably my favorite of the four fragrances. It’s pretty gender neutral, too, which is great if you share products with your SO!

2. Joy

Joy smells like it looks– sweet and cheery! It’s a refreshing blend of tangerine, sparkling grapefruit, and sweet honeysuckle, and it’s designed to inspires bliss and well-being!

3. Hope

I always feel so calm after using Hope. Its fragrance is an ultra relaxing mix of aloe, dewy moss, avocado, and sage, and it’s designed to soothe your skin and evoke reassurance, care, and hope.

4. Strength

I love using Strength first thing in the morning. Its fragrance is a rich and ultra invigorating mix of red ginger and fresh currants, and it’s perfect for awakening your senses when they need a boost.

You can pick up any of these head-to-toe cleansers in gel or bar soap format at Whole Foods and Amazon! They’re organic, vegan, and not tested on animals, and they’re made with 100% recyclable packaging, which is really cool to see. Plus, I love that one single product works as a body soap, hand soap, shampoo, and face wash. Kyle can’t keep half the things in our shower straight, so the multi-purpose formula is a major plus for him in particular.

If you’re ever shopping for environmentally-conscious friends or family members, The Right to Shower products make pretty incredible gifts, too! The majority of our family members (Kyle included) specifically requested non-food Easter baskets this year, so pretty much everyone’s getting a gel cleanser/bar soap set. Just add a candle and a washcloth or two, and you’ve got a super cute spa gift basket that supports a deeper cause. Who doesn’t love that?

That’s gotta be one of the most amazing products I’ve seen. I’ve transitioned to cruelty-free products a long time ago but still today I’m finding so many new brands I didn’t know before. I’m gonna do a little research and see if I can find that online somewhere that ships to my country because I’d love to try them.
