Hey, y’all! This is a follow-up to my previous blog post this evening. I wanted to write a little bit more about Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips. Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips are one of the products I’ve been fortunate enough to have been selected to test this month, although I’ll admit I’ve been a dedicated user of Crest for teeth whitening for the past few years. When I first decided to compete in pageants, I was desperate for a whiter smile and consulted my family dentist (also an old family friend) about the quickest and longest lasting methods for teeth whitening. He said to not waste hundreds of dollars on professional whitening treatments because drug store whitestrips (Crest specifically) produce the same results in much more cost-effective and convenient format. As far as effectiveness goes, I’ve been told by my dentist himself that Crest offers professional-grade results. I still receive compliments daily on my smile, and I have Crest to thank. 🙂
 

 
These strips promise whiter teeth in 20 days after 30 minutes of usage each day, although you can honestly see results after about 3 days of diligence. Mine are No Slip, so they stay in place and won’t slide around your teeth at all during the 30-minute period. They’re easy to apply and remove and are relatively gentle on my teeth. My only caveat is that because of the 30-minute regime, tooth sensitivity is a much bigger factor than for quick 5-minute routines. I’ve had to remove my bottom strip a few times for this reason, but it hasn’t altered the whitening results at all.

If you’re looking for supplementary treatments, I also use and highly recommend Crest 3D White mouthwash, Crest 3D Glamorous White toothpaste, and Crest Whitestrips 5 Minute Touch-Ups.
