I know I’ve just about talked your ears off about my renewed love for Old Navy (check out my spring try-on haul here), but it’s finally shorts season in Columbia, and I had to share these Old Navy Twill Everyday Shorts with y’all. They’re on sale for $12 right now, and I want a pair in every color. Not only are they the perfect length, especially for women like me who feel uncomfortable in booty shorts but aren’t quite ready to wear mom jeans just yet, they’re ridiculously soft and comfy. I also love that they can be dressed up so easily! I’ve been a prep since preschool, so I’m always partial to wearing a long sleeve dress shirt with shorts.
That being said, this airy blue and white combo is one of my favorites ever. As cute and casual as these shorts looks styled with white Jack Rogers, you can also throw on a pair of wedges or espadrilles for a night on the town with your girlfriends. Also, in case you’re wondering, no, this white oxford shirt isn’t a tie blouse. I unbuttoned the bottom 2 buttons and tied it myself. Can we just talk about how gorgeous Columbia is in this spring? Tulips, crabapple trees, and lilac are blooming everywhere, and it’s straight out of a storybook.
Also, if you’re looking for a new spring or summer bag, I love this basket crossbody. I picked it up during this Target Spring Shopping Haul, and I really haven’t put it down since. It’s surprisingly spacious and converts from a satchel to a crossbody. Big fan!
