This product comes from the new NYC New York Color line is infused with silver glitter, so it literally makes your eyes sparkle. It’s easy to apply, looks great in day light or for a night on the town, and best of all… it costs only $2.49 at chain drugstores and mass merchandisers nationwide. Just a forewarning: do not expect your eyes to be boldly lined in silver runway model makeup. The glitter is subtle enough to see, but not nearly exaggerated enough to see from a distance. In my opinion, it’s the perfect amount of makeup flash for any classy gal.
