I’m a big fan of color, especially during the holidays. As much as I love traditional red and green, I love whimsical pops of hot pink, cobalt, and yellow just as much. Talbots’ new holiday collection literally killed it in the holiday whimsy department. While this particular fair isle sweater fits the bill of a tacky Christmas sweater, it actually has re-wear value, unlike most others. It was (and still is) my favorite ugly Christmas sweater of all time. 

In all honesty, I’ve always considered Talbots to be geared towards moms and women over 40. I guess I was wrong, considering I want pretty much everything in their winter collection. Unless I’m just turning into an older woman in their target demographic without realizing it, I recommend browsing their site, especially since everything is 50% off through tonight (12/18) at midnight. I haven’t purchased too many of their blouses, so I can’t vouch for their regular shirt sizing; however, a size small sweater or coat fits me perfectly!
